Audience Choice – Shane Treloar
Shane Treloar is 11-years-old and in 6th grade at West Allegheny Middle School. He lives in McDonald and his hobbies are tap dancing, drawing and singing. For the finals he sang “One Moment in Time” recorded by Whitney Houston. “Winning felt really good. Everyone was very excited and proud of me.”
Judges’ Choice – Ashlyn Beatrice
Ashlyn Beatrice is 9-years-old and in 3rd grade at New Brighton Elementary School. She lives in New Brighton and her hobbies include singing, acting and dancing. For the finals she sang “I Won’t Grow Up” from Disney’s “Peter Pan.” After winning, Ashlyn said, “I feel like I can do anything.”
Grace Rusnica is 10-years-old and in 5th grade at West Hempfield Elementary School. She lives in Irwin and her hobbies include singing, dancing, acting and playing the piano. For the finals she sang “Gimme Gimme” from the musical “Throughly Modern Millie.”
2nd Runner-Up – Carmen LoPresti
Carmen LoPresti is 18-years-old and a senior at Thomas Jefferson High School. He lives in Jefferson Hills and his hobbies are singing, Jazz Band and theatre. For the finals he sang “You’re Nobody Til Somebody Loves You” recorded by Dean Martin.
Jackie Evancho Award – Paige Hurbanek
Paige Hurbanek is 14-years-old and in 8th grade at St. Kilian Parish School. She lives in Cranberry Township and her hobbies are playing the guitar, writing songs, singing and drawing. For the finals she played the guitar and performed an original song she composed titled “Cold Dreams.” “Kean Quest has opened so many opportunities for me.”
Adult Competition
Audience Choice – Johnny Richards
Johnny Richards lives in New Brighton and works at Mitsubishi Electric. His hobbies include astronomy and music. For the Adult Competition he played the guitar and sang “Fire and Rain” by James Taylor. “I’m thinking of coming back again next year for a 3-peat!”
Jason Albert lives in Butler and works as a truck driver. His hobbies include playing the guitar and The Bible. For the Adult Competition he played the guitar and sang “Dearly Loved” by Jimmy Needham. “It was a blessing.”
Nick Bramlett lives in Pittsburgh and works as an IT OPS Technician. His hobbies are weight lifting, competitive sports and traveling. For the Adult Competition he sang “When I was Your Man” by Bruno Mars.
2nd Runner-Up – “Studio 4” The quartet “Studio 4” is comprised of Don Dressler, Keith Harker, Nathaniel Fessler and Harrison King III. For the Adult Competition they sang “I Can See Clearly” by Johnny Nash.
Don Dressler lives in North Huntington and works at #1 Cochran. In his spare time he directs the Steel City Harmonizers. Keith Harker lives in Forest Hills and works at the Carnegie Science Center. His hobbies are Barbershop Quartets, Division 3 paintball, videogames and clubbing. Nathaniel Fessler lives in Bloomfield and works as a Stage Rigger. He enjoys theatre, motorcycles and traveling. Harrison King III lives in Carnegie and works in Medical Billing. His hobbies are scuba diving, free diving and voice acting.
